  Ruined my mums hair and wouldn’t fix it. They were asked to touch up her re-growth and ended up putting a strip of blonde down the top of her hair where she usually parts it (the blond that she wanted for her re-growth) and they then coloured the sides of her hair the same as her roots (a skunk kinda look). They charged her over $150 and would revuse to fix it, she was very upset. Would absolutely not recommend!

  Would never go to this hair salon every again. I asked for a half head of foils and for my re-growth to be done. I was told by the stylist she didn't have time, therefore did what she wanted. She looked at my hair and said to me she knew what to do. Now I look like a skunk, the bright blonde foils were only placed through where I part my hair and she re-coloured my re-growth the same colour. I was asking a lot of questions like are you sure this is going to look okay as I where my hair up for work and therefore I hardly wear it down, but she reassured me it will be fine. Not realizing what had happened until I got home, I sent them a message saying I wasn't happy with the result and if they could please fix it. This is message I got back was "Apologies first and foremost that you feel unhappy with our service. We are only given a certain amount of time and if a client is late, it can make it feel rushed for both the client and stylist." I was 10 minutes late and I called ahead to advise this as there had been a major car accident, only to be told "that's fine, no rush". After their response to my first message I asked them to fix this with no response, complete silence. Very very disappointed.
