  Roughly 3 weeks ago I took a car I was considering buying in to be inspected by Petrie Mechanical. I was told there was only a slight oil leak in the filter housing seal that would be fixed before the safety certificate for the sale could be completed. So I bought the car. Upon delivery I went to leave my driveway for the first drive but when I went full lock there was a grinding noise. A friend looked it over and told me the universal joints need replacing. Also that day I discvovered the head lights dont work. Since then I've also discovered the brakes are most likely warped (brake pedal pulses when slowing), the coolant thermometer is not installed correctly and theres a radiator leak that has been siliconed over, theres a slight oil leak from somewhere, and the valve cover needs replacing which can be seen just by looking at it. I put my trust into Petrie Mechanical Repairs when purchasing this car as I personally had very little clue about cars and they have caused me nothing but frustration and is going to cost me a lot to fix all these faults.
